The usual short AGM proceeded under the Chair of Phil Rudkin. There were no major issues and full details will be published shortly
After the AGM, Maggie Manson and Peter Farmer, RNHS members, took us on their exciting shipboard visit to the Russian Arctic which they made last summer. Not exactly a cruise, but certainly an adventure! Among other things they saw many marine mammals, including beluga and whales. The photography and story covering history, flora and fauna was excellent showing the opportunities they had to get up close and personal with many birds and mammals including some very large, cute and cuddly polar bears.
