Indoor Meeting: Birds of the water – underwater filming (This will be a Zoom Meeting)

Unfortunately Jack Perks was unable to be with us on the evening due to a change in personal circumstances.

In his stead Linda Biddle gave an excellent updated talk on the re introduction of Water Voles in Rutland.

We are very grateful to Linda for filling in at such short notice and it was great to see how successful the programme has been and how natural expansion of the Water Voles has happened interspersed with the odd set back due to predation and the need to undertake work around Rutland Water.

The talk by Jack Perks who is a professional wildlife photographer having appeared on Springwatch and other programmes will now take place in March 2021 all things being equal.

Jack specialises in underwater filming so we should get a different perspective on wildlife.
